I had my car repaired here for auto body and some mechanical work after a car accident and the staff was so amazing! I spoke with Shannon and Sydney and they kept me up to date and answered all of my questions within a timely manner and they were so thorough. I’ve been forgetful and they had no problem discussing the same questions I had already asked over again, which was a major relief. They stayed in contact and gave me updates every step of the way. Even after the repair has been completed, any questions I have they are still helping me and keeping the same level of care. They truly went above and beyond for me and I’ll definitely return to them in the future for any car things if it’s something they can help with. 10/10 experience across the board from start to finish. They also returned my car in beautiful shape, cleaned the inside and outside, which was beyond helpful because my car was a mess when I brought it in.

They took care of my brand new Silverado so wonderfully and made it look better than when I bought it. The entire interior was gorgeously cleaned and detailed. Their work is absolutely immaculate. They were able to get me in asap and put me in a rental the same day. They do absolutely beautiful work. Im truly blown away and thankful for what they have done for me. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was beautiful, if not more beautiful, than when I bought it brand new.

Had work done by Andy before he worked here and had reached out to him independently. He ended up bringing our vehicle here for them to do the work and they took it apart and then threatened us if we didn't sign a contract for them to do the work. We relented because we don't know how to put a car back together nor were we local at the time. When we finally got the vehicle back after they stalled repeatedly and had it for nearly a month they informed us that the issue had been covered by warranty (while still charging us for the work) and that they needed us to authorize an additional bracket because the back of the sliding door to the van wouldn't latch and had to be manually pushed closed. We didn't authorize the further work and took the vehicle promptly to the dealership where they discovered that this shop had glued pieces together an bent the bracket which was causing the back latch issue. When confronted, Shane the "manager" disagreed that they had broken it and said that since we picked it up they didn't damage it. We certainly didn't because we don't know how to take a door off of a vehicle and then glue back on the parts we had broken off and then reattach the door. Our s

Best body shop around! They took care of everything and left me with zero worries! The customer service truly goes above and beyond, Sydney was amazing. She kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find that level of communication and care.
